Dr. Deborah Reeder provides comprehensive eye care, diagnosis and treatment of eye disorders and has a special interest in cataract surgery.
Dr. Reeder has served as chief of staff at Knox Community Hospital, on the Community Foundation of Mount Vernon and Knox County and on the Board of Trustees of Kenyon College. She is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, Ohio State Medical Association, Knox County Medical Society and Contact Lens Association of Ophthalmologists.
With an undergraduate degree from Kenyon College and her medical degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1990, Dr. Reeder completed her internship at Good Samaritan Hospital, in Cincinnati and her ophthalmology residency at the University of Cincinnati in 1994. Annual ongoing continuing medical training and her experience provide the tools for excellent eye care for her patients. She is board certified in ophthalmology.
Dr. Reeder and her husband reside in the country with their dog and 2 horses. Her interests include flying small planes, scuba diving and painting watercolors.
